We do not keep a record of your medical details, including your diagnosis, Medicare number, medications or referrals – after your appointments have been created, we delete your medical information from our system within 72 hours.
3. Appointment Details:
We collect information about your medical appointments, including date, time, and location, to effectively coordinate and manage your schedule.
4. Payment Information:
If applicable, we may collect payment information to process transactions for our services. This information is securely handled and not stored on our servers.

By engaging with the services provided by Healthstra Medical, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Description
Appointment Coordination: Healthstra Medical offers a concierge service to assist patients in arranging medical appointments with specialists. We strive to reduce wait times but cannot guarantee immediate availability, as we do not have control over the schedules of specialist appointment books. If you are limited in terms of ability to travel for your appointment, we are forced to choose from a much smaller pool of specialists and therefore may not be able to facilitate an earlier appointment time.
Specialist Availability: Specialist availability is subject to their individual schedules, and while we make every effort to expedite the process, we cannot guarantee immediate appointments. If you have opted for a premium concierge service, the wider the area you are willing to travel, the greater the chance we can find a specialist to see you sooner.
Refund Policy: If you opted for a premium concierge service and we are unable to secure an earlier appointment for you, we will provide a refund of half of the service fee paid. The remaining amount will be retained to cover administrative costs associated with the coordination efforts.
Communication:
We will keep you informed throughout the appointment coordination process, providing updates on availability and any changes to the schedule.
Refund Process
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have paid the full-service fee, and we must be unable to secure an earlier appointment for you if you have opted for a premium concierge service.
Refund Amount: In the event we are unable to fulfill our commitment to reduce your wait time (only when you opt for a premium concierge service, we will refund the service fee paid, minus the administrative cost ($10.00). This administrative cost covers the time and resources required to carry out the coordination process.
Refund Request: To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of notification regarding appointment availability. Refund requests made after this period may not be considered.
Limitation of Liability
Specialist Schedules: Healthstra Medical is not liable for delays or unavailability caused by the schedules of healthcare specialists. We act as an intermediary and will make reasonable efforts to coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
Administrative Costs: The retained portion of the service fee covering administrative costs ($10.00) is non-negotiable and not subject to dispute.
Modification of Terms
Updates: These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
